My name is Mike and my wife is Kerri. Together, we have 6 kids, Jacob, Liz, Maya, Marisa, Misha, Mark and our dog, Leo. I am the owner of Plow & Blade Seasonal Services. After working for 39 years and thriving on working collaboratively with my teams and solving problems in the Aerospace sector, I was looking for a new opportunity where I could instill some of the important traits I have modeled. Attention to detail, leadership, accountability, innovation, passion and dedication are transferrable characteristics that drive successful companies. The question was – what would I do? I was looking for something that I would enjoy and at the same time provide much needed quality services to my community.
My story started with the passing of my father and my mom needing some help with her snow removal. When inquiring to find a snow clearing provider for my mom, there didn’t seem to be a good fit within her community. A company with affordable and personalized services. And there it was – I would get into the snow removal and landscaping business. Always having a love for helping others and property maintenance, this proved to be the perfect next journey for me to take. It’s funny how the world leads you to where you need to be.
